  • What are the festival dates?

    The festival takes place on Saturday 28th August 2021.

  • Where is the festival?

    The festival will take place at Clapham Common, London.

  • What age do I have to be?

    The festival is a 16+ only event and you will need ID to prove your age to guarantee entry. To purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival you must be over 18.

  • Where can I find the full programme?

  • What are the festival times?

    The opening times of the festival are 11:30am – 10:30pm.

  • Can I go in and out of the festival site?

    The festival operates a no re-entry policy.


  • What’s included in my festival ticket?

    General admission tickets include access to the main festival area.

    VIP Golden Circle tickets include fast-track access to the main festival area and access to the dedicated Golden Circle area with front of stage viewing.

    Note: Drinks and private tables are not included in the ticket price. Bill and venues subject to change.

  • What do the different ticket tiers mean?

    There is no difference in event access between the different tiers.

    e.g. The 1st release tickets have simply gone on sale later than the early bird tickets, and the 2nd release tickets later than the 1st release.

    As more ticket tiers are released, they go up in price, therefore the sooner you buy your ticket, the more you will save!

  • Can I Upgrade to a VIP Ticket If I’ve already purchased a general admission ticket?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer ticket upgrades.

    Please ensure you do not buy tickets from any other platforms or third-party sellers, as these will not be valid.

  • When will I receive my festival ticket?

    At this stage you should only have your booking confirmation. Tickets will be sent out as e-tickets, and not delivered by post, approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the festival.

  • How can I change my personal details on my booking?

    Please contact your ticket provider directly to make changes to your booking i.e. email address

  • What do I need to bring to guarantee entry?

    Please bring your ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with and valid photo identification.

  • What constitutes a valid photo ID?

    Photographic forms of identification such as a passport or driving licence are acceptable.

  • Can I use tickets bought with my old/lost card?

    Please bring your new card, an official form of identification and a letter or bill that matches your account’s address.

  • Can I sell/cancel my ticket?

    All tickets are non-transferable, and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.
